Dell Venue pro 11 7140 - compatible stylus pen model

Hope you are safe and keeping well

After many hours of internet searches, I bought an active stylus pen for my dell venue 11 pro 7140 

the model number is PN338M (Regulatory Model Number SPEN-DEL-01) which comes with an AAAA Battery.

The stylus doesn't work with my tablet and the seller says he cant return it as i opened the box, I just want to check if this model of stylus pen works with Dell Venue 11 Pro 7140, I have update my Dell to latest BIOS firmware too

The battery is perfect. I have tried with different batteries

Can you please help asap, as i need to take a call with the seller on this
