How to deploy 20 Venue 10 pro tablets easily?

Hi,

I have configured 1 tablet already with the custom software, policies and some other settings, and now I'm looking for a way to deploy this configuration to all other 20 tablets without having to do it all over again manually.

These tablets come with pre configured Windows 8.1 already, so I wasn't sure if I should deploy Windows also all over again, or that there's a tool or feature I can easily use to download/upload the changes.
