No Intimation from the service center

Dear Sir, 

I am Nelson V Mavely .I purchased a Dell Mobile (model:DellXCD35) dated on 4 NOV 2011.But after one week the charger was not working. So,please replace the charger and it should be dell quality charger. Please take necessary
