VENUE 11 PRO BOTH CAMERAS NOT WORKING

I bought recenlty a second hand Venue 11 pro (7139) with windows 10 installed. I noticed that both cameras not working at all and i cant find the camera in device manager (imaging devices / sound video).

The problem is that i am in Greece and Dell is not recognizing this modelas it was never imported to Greece.

What can i do? Is it a drier problem? Is it possible that both cameras (front and back) stopped working at the same time?
