is anyone from dell reading these posts?
Hi I am wondering if dell could let us, the users know if and what mobile devices will be getting an updated. Also what kind of update they would be getting. Honestly I think it is only right to let the people who buy your products know if what they are buying is getting updates or not.

Hmmm there are no moderators that are posting in this part of the forum. Compared to forums like Nokia, Sony, Vodafone...etc who have their own people replying to forums, this is extremely surprising for such a big company like DELL that it has no one to reply to users' questions and query in its own Dell Streak forum.

No answer? Not suprized, dell has let me down more than once! I love their products but wish they would be more active answering their customers concerns!

I might as well have bought a chinese knock off iphone. I probably would get better support then i have with smell!

Yes that was my experience as well. The moderators here are only "moderating". Only Amy replies and her replies are few and far between.
There is a Dell Facebook page and someone from Dell does monitor and reply there. They are actually quite helpful on the Facebook page.
