ESRS on UNITY 400

I am having a issue with ESRS saying "ESRS is enabled but is not able to connect to EMC". I have everything setup the way EMC says and the system has complete access to Internet. What im trying to find is if there are any log files or anything somewhere on the Unity that I can look at to see if I can find the reason it will not connect. Im guessing it must be something network related such as not being able to contact EMC online but the Network guys say it is wide open and should have complete access to it. Was hoping there would be some log files that may give me more information on why it cant connect.

It is easy for you to raise a support ticket.

Log files are not directly visible by the service account, but Data collect will have the logs captured.

you need to raise an SR

there were some bugs and Workarounds recently for ESRS and Unity

Also a new Unity SP has just been released adressing some ESRS issues
