VMAX Timefinder Snap error
Hi, I have created a VDEV, same size of standard device. Created a snap pool and added savedevice.
Standard device: 50 Gb
VDEV : 50 GB
Save device: 25 GB
and I tried to pair the devices with text file and got error "There are no Save devices available that match the desired emulation". however all devices are FBA. Any help would be appreciated.

please post output from this command:
symcfg list -sid 123 -pool -snap -gb

HI Dynamox, issue was resolved once I added the save device to the DEFAULT_POOL. When I gave command "symsnap -sid 123 -f snap.txt create" , it was looking for devices from default pool and not from the pool which I created. Thank you.
