VSI 6.6 with vcenter linked mode
I understand VSI 6.5 didn't support vcenter linked mode... assuming 6.6 doesn't as well based on my initial install. Does anyone know when VSI will support linked server mode? We enjoy seeing all the datacenters from one login screen and sharing the licensing between vcenters. Anyone find any other major drawbacks when breaking the linked server mode to install VSI? Thanks.

An enhancement request exists for VSI with linked mode but currently there is no commit version for the feature so unfortunately I cannot provide any timeline for its support.

Any updates to this?
We rely on the visibility of vCenter linked mode, for us its a more important consideration.
But its a damn shame its stopping us from deploying VSI.

It's on the roadmap for the first half of next year.

Double checking to see status on this. We utilized Enhanced Linked mode with vsphere 6 and also want to leverage VSI for all of its features as well as integration with AppSync. Very eager to hear better ETA on release.
