AX150i SPA became unmanaged

I have a ax150i and have noticed the SPA has become unmanaged. You can not ping the IP Address (the peer IP) and there is no network activity at all. The power is on and working perfectly

I have tried to restart both SP's and do a total reboot also

Any help appreciated as our system has become almost unusable
