Celerra VSA iSCSI LUN question
Greetings, I am taking the Celerra VSA for a first time test drive and I am having trouble getting an ISCSI target to present LUNS to an ESXi host. Here is what I have configured this far:
1. ESXi-01-hosts the Celerra VSA.
a. ESXI management IP= 172.25.1.100
b. Celerra VSA management IP= 172.25.1.91
c. Celerra VSA datamover IP= 192.168.10.9
2. ESXi-02- hosts vms and needs ISCSI LUNS from Celerra VSA
a. ESXi management IP= 172.25.1.101
3. On the celerra VSA I created my storage
a. Created a volume
b. Created a file system
c. Created a target (Target can ping vmkernal on ESXi-02)
i. ISCSI_TARGET_01
ii. iSCSI qualified target name: iqn.1998-01.com-vmware:poc-esx-01-2
iii. Network portal assigned to 192.168.10.9
d. Created an ISCSI LUN
i. Mapped to Data mover 2
ii. LUN
e. Created LUN Mask
i. Added ESXi-02 initator
1. Iqn.1998-01.com.vmware:poc-esxi-01-2a10dbec
2. Grant LUN: 10
f. Created a vmkernel port group on ESXi-02
i. Enable ISCSI
ii. IP= 192.168.10.10
iii. Static Discovery
1. 192.168.10.9
2. iqn.1998-01.com-vmware:poc-esx-01-2
iv. Scan all devices
NO LUNS appear
Is there a step I am missing? Thanks in advance.
