Help with understanding how much storage we have

I'm a bit of a newbie when it comes to understanding virtual provisioning.  I'd like to know how much space we really have, but a couple of our LUN's were thin provisioned, so I'm not sure I fully understand what we really have now.

Here's a screenshot of what we have:

So, do I have any space I can allocate, or because we are subscribed almost 110% that there isn't any left?

I know we should leave at least 10% in the pool, so what space do I really have available to allocate to any LUN's?

The "Free" is space is that is currently available. Thin LUNs allocate space when needed, that's why you can over provision. The White Paper for FAST VP can provide a more detailed explanation on this and other topics for Pools. Thin LUNs also have overhead of about 3GB that will consume some of the Free space for each new Thin LUN.
