How to test eMail Home?
/nas/sbin/nas_connections -test -email_1
Returns
Error, but no error message.
Error: 14504231222: Test failed for the Primary Email.

btw, seeing that this is your first post, I forgot to welcome you to the forums and to thank you for being an EMC customer.

Off-hand that doesn't look like a valid command, but I don't have a system in front of me currently to test; however, I'll assume it is an alias to nas_connecthome. However, you actually do have access to some well-known troubleshooting tips. When an error message ID is returned, pass that to nas_message as follows:
nas_message -info
nas_message -info 14504231222
