VNX Certificate Error

Hi

I've security certificate error issue with my VNX5500 when I open in web browser. So I've generated a new CSR on data mover with signer "external Certificate Authority" and got CA certificate and imported successfully. I've also added same certificate for block. But my issue isn't resolved. I'm till getting https error when I viewed the certificate error from browser I saw certificate is issued by VNX box rather external certificate authority which I've imported successfully. I'm not sure where I'm doing error. Request someone to shed light and provide me step by step guidance so that I should be able to resolve my ssl error please.
