VNXe 3150 - Disk Combines
Hi everyone!
Is it possible to combine different types of capacity disk in DAE or VNXe 3150 array?
The customer has 10 TBu using 1 TB disks, needs to increase his storage using disks of 4 TB.
Some considerations or suggestions with this?

Hi !
Yes, as long as the DAE is a 12 x 3.5" you can add more NL-SAS disks into it. You can't do this in the DPE though.
Were you intended on creating a new Storage Pool with the 4TB disks (4+2) ? At that size, it's a very dense pool, that is suited to workloads with quite specific perf requirements.
