serial delivery failure at 5100

Hello,

meanwhile i've got four VNX 5100 in two month which was'nt able to initialize via the wizard.

Security was not enabled, but the SP's have got IP's like 1.1.1.1 and/or 1.1.1.2.

So i had to do it via the maintenance port.

That works but need much more time and do'nt looks propper to the customer.

So my questions:

1.) Has anybody have the same experience?

2.) If above will answerd with yes, who will ask the guy's from the final quality check service?
