Can't update -error 80072EFE and redirected searches

Have a Dell XPS One running Visa Home Premium version.  I seem to have same problem as many others.  Cannot download Windows updates - get error message 80072EFE.  I've also had a blue screen error a couple of times, but closes too quick for me to read specifics.  I also get redirected to ad sites every time I try to do a search.  Below is my Hijack This log.  Thanks!!!
