Critical System Warning. Please help me get rid of this!

My computer is showing the following...can you please help!?

Critical warning: Your system is probably infected with the latest version of spyware Cyberborg-X. It is also asking me to click
ok to download antispyware software.

Critical System errors: System detected virus activities,please use antispyware to clean and protect your system from parasite programs. Click all baloon to get all available sofftware

My computer is infected with a back door Trojan that allows remote attacker to perform malicious action. Click the baloon to download Malwareremoval software.
