Extra files on hard drive
Recently my computer has generated extra file folders and files. DW20.exe and a number of other files are in 3 folders one of which is labeled C:\25a108f8ebd8f2c4c04ebbb910c4 This file and folder is associated with error reporting to Microsoft.
More troubling are the 3 folders containing the dotnetfx35setup.exe and clwireg.exe files. These folders cannot be deleted becasue their are folders within the files that can not be deleted. The folders are named similar to the above. C:\ee312ed3682e9ce5b1513959b. These files are in the root directory and are associated with netframes (what ever those are).
Are these folders problems? How did they get created? Can they be deleted?
AVG 8.5 (free edition) says the computer is clean.

Hi krajewskitgk and welcome,
As you've found out for yourself, DW20.exe is associated with error reporting to Microsoft.
The files dotnetfx35setup.exe and clwireg.exe are associated with Microsoft .NET Framework.
What is the .NET Framework, and do I need all these versions?
