Hijack This log file help

I have a dell inspiron 1501 and I ran hijackthis and I only understand small portions of this, can anyone help me out? My comp is running very slow and I would like to know if any of these are spyware/malware I dont want to accadently delete something I need. I know its alot but any help will be very appreciated.
