Norton Anti-Virus Liveupdate LU1814 error message

I have two computers running XP Pro with Norton Anti Virus 2003. Both computers have the same LU1814 problem. I have gone through the steps described on the Symantec support website, but nothing helps. I suspect however that Ad-Aware 6 has got something to do with it. I have installed Ad-Aware on both computers. A third computer of mine however, with same config but without Ad-Aware, works fine. Removing Ad-Aware does not help though. Have also reinstalled LiveUpdate without success.

Any suggestions, anyone?
