PC running slow, Firefox tried to redirect

Hello,

    I recently (3-4 months ago) had to reformat my computer due to some maleware on it (I did clean my computer to the best of my ability beforehand though).  The last few days the PC has been running very slowly (I can "out type" it sometimes).  Today when I was using Firefox, a new window opened randomly to ChinaonTV and then tried to redirect all my other windows.  I closed down Firefox immediately after that.  I was able to get this page up fine however.  I am worried there is something on my computer again.  I have McAfee as my antivirus software (updated recently but it does say that the "update not applied because packets were not in repository", I'm not sure if that means something is wrong or if it's simply that there was nothing to update).  If you have any suggestions or help I would love to hear them.  Thank you so much!  Here is the Hijack this log:
