Remove McAfee from Dell computers so I can continue to buy your computers
Please consider adding a remove option for new purchases for McAfee software. I refuse to buy another Dell computer until that happens. I have been purchasing dells exclusively for more than a decade. I will not be forced to buy another one with that virus of a software called McAfee. They have ruined more than one of my computers and they continue to act like a virus even when uninstalled.

Go to the McAfee site to get an uninstall program. After removal, MS Defender will be running as you antivirus until you install another program.

I am always hesitant to trash any AV, particularly one I haven't used in years.
As a proponent of free AVs, I do agree that Dell should give buyers the option of declining pre-installed paid security programs they have no intention of using, at the time of purchase. It is such a nuisance to have to go through the uninstall process, including downloading uninstall tools from 3rd party vendors.
