Returning computer to factory settings
My wife's Dell has a Trojan Horse virus that tries to sell her malware protection. The last time the same problem happened, we saved her documents on a disk and returned the computer to its original factory setting to clean everything off, including the virus. However, I've forgotten how to accomplish returning it to the original setting. Can anyone help? Thanks, Bob

Full instructions are Here How to restore to factory settings. The issue you mention is a Rogue Security Program. A restore to Factory Settings should work.
