order number not assigned

i have ordered dell Vostro 3590 on 30/07/20 . but till now i didn't get my order number it is about 10 days from my order placed. still now there is no response from dell . really irritating when i check my order daily where there is no updates. when I call customer care service the person who speaks notes my IRN number after that he will connect my call to next one there i will waiting for more than 1 hour but no one will get my call . the system speaks ( all our representative are still busy please wait i line ) it will say for every 3 mins but the results is waste of time finally I will cut the call after an hour . im very tensed with dell support you will should give proper notice whether my order is placed or not. just wasting my time if dell is not having required faculty then why you people taking orders you should stop it right until all the previous order placed just irritating customer
