Reverting to a previous version of VxRail appliance

Hi All

I just want to start discussion regarding VxRail upgrade lack of rollback option and how you handle that problem in production. I know that would be best practice to test all in DEV before your upgrade but in real live you can't do that due to cost or time pressure. At the moment the only option to rollback to previous version of VxRail appliance will be to migrate off all VM's to other cluster and do factory reset of the appliance and migrate back VM's? Do you have any other real live experience with that topic or suggestions?
