Back-up and Recovery update pop-up

Hi

Ever since I upgraded to Windows 10, I get a daily pop-up asking me if I want to upgrade my version of Back-up and Recovery. Because I have other back-ups in place, I don't, but when I select Dismiss, the prompt keeps coming back. How do I silence it, please?

Since you do not use the program you can uninstall the program by following the information below.

you can uninstall Dell Backup and Recovery from your computer by using the Add/Remove Program feature in the Window's Control Panel.
  1. On the Start menu (for Windows 8, right-click the screen's bottom-left corner), click Control Panel, and then, under Programs, do one of the following:
  • Windows Vista/7/8: Click Uninstall a Program.
  • Windows XP: Click Add or Remove Programs.
  • When you find the program Dell Backup and Recovery, click it, and then do one of the following:
  • Windows Vista/7/8: Click Uninstall.
  • Windows XP: Click the Remove or Change/Remove tab (to the right of the program).
  • Follow the prompts. A progress bar shows you how long it will take to remove Dell Backup and Recovery.
