Can't create recovery drive

I just got a Inspiron 13 5000 that was giving me the same error message many others were getting. I am using a 32 gig card so I know I had enough room. After trying it twice I decided to reformat my card and update my system hoping that would help. I used the long format not the quick format  After the format I followed the create recovery drive process again and it worked. So I solved my own problem. Try it.
