Can``t install System detect on my Latitude E7240 with windows 7 professional

Hallo

I have two diferent problems on my lap top

first ear phones doesnt work. system recognized earphones and earphones work on other devices (I try on iphone, ipad and other dell lap top and everithig work fine).

second, slot for 3g sim card doesnt work. I put sim from my phone to my lap top and nathing happend.

I try to download some drivers from dell, but first I must load Dell System detect. Whan I try to instal this app doesnt wor/ Mesg is The application is improperly formated. Contact the aplication vendor for asistent.

I dont know what to do?
