XPS 15 9570, DCFWinService, CPU usage
Hello,
This service uses all time minimum 8% of CPU usage. So the CPU fan always runs to refresh the CPU.
What is this service? Is it a bug or acting as designed?

For testing, you may disable that service in the Task Manager. DCFWinService is part of the Dell Foundation Services software. See this Dell article and this Forum thread.
If you do not see Dell Foundation Services in the Apps & features list to uninstall it, just keep DCFWinService disabled in the Task Manager.
