Dell Latitude e5470 has no CD Rom drive, but received Windows 10 CD with. How do I install?
Hi
I recently bought a new Dell Latitude e5470. It is running Windows 7 Pro, but I received Windows 10 on a CD with the laptop. The laptop doesn't have a CD-Rom drive, so I obviously can't install it using the CD.
On the CD it says "Already installed on your computer", but I don't understand what it means.
How can I install or activate Windows 10 on my laptop?

I'd suggest you purchase a portable disc drive at your local Walmart.

"Already installed on your computer is a Resource DRIVER DVD" Not a windows 10 install media. Windows 10 media is created on USB Flash Drives from the Dell ISO site. Dell does not ship Windows Media.

Step 1: Format your USB drive as a bootable drive
Make sure that you use 8 GB or larger USB drive (32 GB Maximum) and backup any important data on it. When the drive is formatted, all existing data will be deleted.
Step 2: Copy the recovery image to your bootable USB drive
