Problem with Windows 10 and Bose Soundlink OE Bluetooth HP

are there anyone having problems connecting the bluetooth headphone to the laptop using windows 10?

I am not sure if the link from Bose about a firmware update for the headphones is needed, but worth looking into. The other link is information on pairing your Headphones with your laptops Bluetooth, Make sure that your computers Bluetooth is turned on prior to pairing.

Did you make any change in your device in software or hardware? to fix this first disconnect your Bluetooth with your device and Uninstall the Bluetooth driver from device manager on your device. see if the Bluetooth Support Service is running or not by pressing Win + R,” type services.msc and then press the Enter key on your keyboard. if you are having window issues then it might because of HP accelerometer you can search out for this issues too.
