black screen after win 10 automatic update
hi,
I have updated to win 10 a while ago.
Since than 2 times I had to format my PC after an automatic update.
After the update I get a black screen after win stopped loading,
Also an external monitor doesn't show anything
I wish not to go thought this issue again, what can I do
I have a old PC - dell inspiron 1564, but running well (intel i5 M430, 4GB ram.)

Thank you for writing to us!
This is a driver / compatibility issue . We would suggest you go back to using windows 8 or 8.1 as there are updated drivers for the same .
http://pilot.search.dell.com/inspiron%201564%20drivers . Use the following like to get the compatible drivers.
