xps 27 7760 will not reboot

hi

xps 27 7760  the minute any driver is installed for the radeon r9 485x the system will not reboot

it just goes to a blank screen and has to be powercycled

i have clean installed windows 10, and before enabling nic, reboot is working fine.

if i enable the nic it downloads a driver from window update and immediately reboot stops working

if i disable windows update and install a driver from dell for example  m500 22.19.169.256  , immediately reboot stops working . 

i have tried disabling  disabling UPLS via registry, but that doesnt help

the funny thing is we have the lower model xps 27 7760 with the R9 M470x card and this machine has no problems
