Inspiron 20-3043, stuck in installation of Windows 8

I was reformatting my computer when it was accidentally turned off. Then, after turning it on, the instruction given was to install a Windows. So I did that  and right now, the installation of Windows 8 was stuck in 64% and it continues to restart. I tried some troubleshooting like the automatic repair, but it didn't work. What can I do now?
