(inspiron 11 3000 3138) will not load
I did a windows update and my speakers, Bluetooth and and wifi stopped working, I did a system restore and it took hours so I shut it down and now my system wont load. I turn on but there is a blank screen. I can access F2 and F12.

Do U mind telling me how to do that? I saw no options for it. It won't even go in safe mode.

How about trying these steps:
1. Shut your system down, remove the battery and disconnect the ac adapter.
2.Press and hold the power button for 20 to 30 seconds. Now connect only the ac adapter and wait for 25 seconds and turn on the system.
3.Check if there are any beeps.If so,check for number of beeps.
