Dell 660 operation problem
Hi all, I bought my 66 in 2012 which came a disc called drivers and utilities and pre-installed win7.
After awhile,I upgraded to win10, there are lot problem happening after upgraded. Two days ago, I formatted my PC,but it can't load into window again, the screen is keep coming up (setting the country/time/language). I want to how I can restore to factory mode again? And i can't download the win7 from Microsoft neither it said contact device manufacturer for software recovery, can anyone help !!

You can Download a Windows 10 RS1 .iso from Microsoft and Clean Install using your Windows 7 OEM Product Key. A Clean Install of Windows 10 opposed to factory settings of Windows 7 followed by subsequent Upgrade Installs will perform much better. For more details see below. Note this system has a UEFI BIOS so install using a UEFI Boot for best results:
