Dell Backup and Recovery - Access denied
I have just had my Dell Venue 11 pro back from Dell, where the hard drive was replaced. I am therefore trying to run Dell Backup and Recovery for the first time (even though it was run successfully on the previous hard drive)
During the set-up phase I get an Error on the Preparing Recovery Environment stage. At the top of the screen I see the error An error occurred during the installation process (Access Denied). Dell Backup and Recovery will now be uninstalled.
Any thoughts on what is going on?

Just got mine back today with a hard drive replaced and have exactly the same problem. Any ideas people?

It seems like your data have been lost. You can recover your data with the help of windows data recovery tool.
