Dell Precision 670: Can it run Windows Server 2008?

I have a Dell Precision 670 that I would like to install Windows Server 2008 on it.  So far I have not had much success. I have tried to use the Windows x86 and Windows x64 drivers for the SCSI host controller but the install fails (the machine automatically reboots) after the first reboot when it is trying to setup Windows. I understand if this is not supported, but I have not found an answer yet.
