Dell media Experience Help ?????
Hi
I am trying to copy a wmv file onto a dvd using Dell media experience. I get almost to the end of the process and then I get a message saying cancelling and an error message saying px unknown ?????
Any ideas ????
It's driving me crazy!

Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.
What burner do you have? What burning software are you using? What is the type if media you are using to burn onto? Try different media. (disc)

Might it be that the .wmv file is to large ?
Also , make sure that the DVD disk you use is the
correct format for your burner .
EXAMPLE :
A disk that is DVD+R is different than a DVD-R .
Sometimes the DVD+R disks will not format .
Read the HELP section for your burner , i bet you'll
find the type of DVD disk required to work for your
burner there ... that is if the disk format is the problem .
