Driver backup for OS install....

I've been considering "upgrading" my XPS 630i from the factory installed XP Pro to Vista Ultimate 64 bit simply because I have the disc sitting in my desk drawer. Problem is, it's been so long since I've done anything other than casually play around on the computer that I've forgotten just about everything I knew.

I know the driver reinstall order, but not sure what all drivers I need to backup/download. I used Dell's driver page and got about 12-15 results from my service tag, but is this all of them?

I know I'm forgetting something and I need to do my homework before I end up bricking it mid-install, so suggestions? Resources? Thanks in advance.
