E-mail setup

I have a new 1330 Dell laptop.  It *was working and networked with this 4400 Dell desktop, However, it has lost it's ability to get my mail; I use *Incredimail*.

I copied the information I have for this desktop (Winxp) but I still can't get my Incredimail on the 1330 which of course is the Vista OS.  Is this the problem and how do I correct it?  TVM in advance for help.

I see that the regular download for Incredimail is NOT compatable with Vista. I did find the download version for Vista. It can be downloaded from here. But it doesn't stop there. You have an email account with someone else, like AOL, MSN, Gmail, etc. You need to make sure that these settings are also setup correctly for everything to work. Incredimail is like a program similar to Mozilla Thunderbird or Outlook Express except it adds those funny looking icons and graphics at the bottom.
