Forgotten Administrator PW ...HELP
Anyone know how I can bypass an Administrator's PW which I should not have set but did and didn't write it down. Now I only can sign into Vista as a Guest. I cannot change any of my settings nor access all my files. I have many important docs I don't want to loose with a reformat. HELP.

try going to your bios, when the dell logo aqppears hit F12 or F8 and it should send you to your setup at that point you can set your administrative password to default
