Grapic card Help

I have an older Dell computer . I have recently installed Windows 7 onto my computer,it works fine and it runs great,but windows 7 will not read my grapics card...it just says its a generic one. I know its not that one,because mine has diffrent features,but it came with my computer so I have not a clue of what is it,therefore I cannot download drivers for it or anything.Please help the hardware tags are as followed
