HELP!!
I was given my computer and it didn't have the disc. I tried to a system restore to factory settings and got the error code0x400110020000100c. My computer keeps freezing and is having a million and a half issues. I really need to restore my computer. What are other options for doing this without the disc???

Hello Lilmama,
Since you do not have the disks and want to restore the system to factory settings, I would suggest performing a PC Restore (Factor Image). Doing a PC Restore would take the computer to the original factory settings.
**Note: Please ensure to back up all the data from your computer before performing the PC Restore as it would erase everything from your computer.
