Search the Dell forums. Somebody recently (last week or 2) posted a link to fix problems with InstallShield.

You could try to do it in safe mode as a workaround.

You probably don't have the appropriate equipment needed to run this equpment, even though it's nice to have it. This type of program is inteded to a person who runs their business out of their home, and is connected with a major corporation. Not that you can't use it, you will jusst have to set up your own account.

That is ludicrous. The equipment involved is a TV tuner (see this) and has nothing to do with home businesses.

I have tried installing in Safe Mode and the installation program stops with
the error:

1607: Unable to install Installshield Scripting Runtime
