Intel Active Monitor crashed my Dimension 9200

I had no problem downloading the above. But when I tried to run it, my comp just crashed and all it does it give me a blank screen and the loud whirring of the fan.

 

I've tried forced reset, nothing seems to work.

 

Can anyone please help? Thanks!
