The program can't start
When i start up i get this message....The program can't start because STSring.dll is missing.
Running WINDOWS 7. Hope you can help

Seems like a program that was set to run at startup has been disabled. I recommend you to download and install Dell DataSafe Local BackUp from here:
http://dslbdownload.datasafelocalbackup.com/dsldownload-en.html
The installer may fix the issue.
Alternatively you can uninstall Dell DataSafe providing that you have created the recovery USB or have a Dell Windows 7 Reinstallation DVD or requested one. See my wiki Windows Reisntalaltion Guide for instructions in making the recovery USB.
To request the Reinstallation DVD:
Dell are currently shipping out most of their systems without reinstallation DVDs. For US customers there is an online request form for Reinstallation Media. For those customers not in the US you will need to contact Dell technical support and ask for one. The customer numbers are available here.
