Vostro 3750 - Window 7 Home

Hi there,

Had my laptop for years and no idea where the window installation disk is currently. 1) How do I download the window 7 from Dell for booting up from USB? 2) Can I still upgrade to Window 10 Home? 3) Do I need to check whether my Vostro 3750 can work with Window 10 or is there a tool from Dell that can do that prior to reinstallation? thanks!
