Windows 7 - XP Mode

Hi there,

I have 3 Dell M4300 Precision Laptops on my organization and we are considering ungrading them to Windows7.

Now i instaled Windows 7 on one of them, but there is a problem, i need to activate the Virtualization Support menu item on the computer BIOS, but there is no such option on my bios. I have the latest version A13.

I also instaled the Intel Processor Identification Utility and it states that the processor is "Intel Virtualization Technology" capable.

Now when i try to run the Windows Virtual PC RC for Windows XP mode is says i have to activate the BIOS option... i went to Microsoft website and downloaded a tool "Hardware-Assisted Virtualization Detection Tool" that also says that the Virtualization Support is not activated on the BIOS... but again... there is no option on the BIOS to activate it...

Can someone help me on this urgent issue.

Thanks

Thanks.

make sure you have win7 Pro or Ultimate. Home Premium and down don't support XP mode.
