? Windows Vista Problems

I am using WIndows Vista on a Dell XPS 420.  Recently, I have noticed several  problems:

1. When I try to move a window or resize it, it snaps back to its original position. 

2. I have a difficult time selecting more than 1 file in an open folder.

3. I am now unable to rename a file by right clicking on it.  Instead,  I have to select "properties" and rename the file in that dialog box.

I have repaired Windows with the original disk and this did not correct the problem.  Any other advice or suggestion would be appreciated!
